Frank was born about 1919 in Houston, Texas to Alfred and Eleanor Taylor. He enlisted 13 Dec 1941 in Houston, Texas in the Air Corps. He enlisted as an aviation cadet. Documents show he had 4 years of college and his occupation was "Actors and Actresses". He was single, without dependents. Height 70" and weight 156 lbs. He was 23 years old at the time of the crash.
