Wednesday Wonders

What is your most valued tangible possession?

Today's Wednesday wonders is asking the question "What is your most valued possession?"  Now before you answer, make sure you think hard about this question.

Most, if not all women would answer that their most valued possession is their children or their spouse if they don't have children. Perhaps many would answer a pet. Some people might say it would be their wallet or purse.  Men might say it is a prized signature baseball or football.

But what about those other things that describe you as a person, if you are gone? If someone came to your house when you were not there, what in there would tell them who (insert name here) is?  What makes you you?

For me, I have a few things that I find are my most valued possessions - my photos and scrapbooks, My genealogy files and my favorite books.  I would hope that someday, someone in my family might see these same things as valuable and when they see or read them, think of me and know how important they are to me.

While you think about the item that is your most valued - enjoy your latest Adventures in Genealogy!
